Athletic person tracking progress in a wellness journal

Daily Journal

This book is designed to help you record important factors contributing to your success. Use pages 17-44 to log your nutrition and physical activity as you move through the day and always be honest with yourself. With regards to your #ApolloGoal, determine how you will measure that goal and stick to it. Use an accurate scale for weight. Use a fabric tape measure for body measurements. Record the weight you use during your workouts so you can witness your strength improvements. Movement tracking devices that record steps and activity are welcome as well. Use data to your advantage for the purposes of motivation and evaluation.

Above all else, take this program one day at a time. Be intentional and mindful with your actions. The way you eat, the way you move, the time you spend in the gym, how you prepare for bed; all of this is a reflection of your values. It is often said that how you do one thing is how you do everything. Each little change you make contributes to your progress towards your #ApolloGoal and every action matters. You can do this. Use the Apollo Challenge as a tool to help you achieve lifelong optimum health and performance one day at a time.
