Section titled “Expect Setbacks”There is no reset button or failed weeks during the Apollo Challenge. You may have OFF days; you slip in your nutrition, miss the gym, burn the midnight oil… we all do, but that is only one day. Mark them with a big black X, lament over them for a few moments and then commit yourself to tackling the next day with renewed vigor. Without failure there is no success. Your best armor against the inevitable setback is proper planning. Birthdays, work parties and travel are all part of life. Plan for these events and make sure during the time you control you have 100% compliance. Always remember, tomorrow is your next chance to be ON and get it right!

Apollo is a way of life; simple, repeatable and manageable. The Apollo Challenge is designed to move with you as you continue on your journey. Each time you move through the Apollo Challenge you will get results equal to the effort you put forth. Each additional 28 days will move you closer to your full potential. When you are done with your first Apollo Challenge, reassess your goals and begin another one! Optimizing your health does not happen over night and through setting short-term attainable goals you can achieve your long term personal health, fitness, social and career goals 28 days at a time.
