Mobility Routine
Section titled “Mobility Routine”- Duration: 7 MIN
- Structure: Perform the Walking sequence, then the Stationary sequence, then the Moving sequence. Complete each movement for x6 each side unless noted.
Walking Sequence (x6 each side)
Section titled “Walking Sequence (x6 each side)”- Knee Hugs
- Leg Cradles
- Quad Stretch
- 1-Leg Deadlift
- Standing Glute Stretch
Stationary Sequence (x6 each side)
Section titled “Stationary Sequence (x6 each side)”- Split Squat → Lateral Squat → Rotational Squat (Stationary)
Moving Sequence (x6 each side)
Section titled “Moving Sequence (x6 each side)”- Reverse Lunges → Lateral Lunges → Rotational Squat
