Mobility Routine

  • Duration: 7 MIN
  • Structure: Perform the Walking sequence, then the Stationary sequence, then the Moving sequence. Complete each movement for x6 each side unless noted.
  1. Knee Hugs
  2. Leg Cradles
  3. Quad Stretch
  4. 1-Leg Deadlift
  5. Standing Glute Stretch
  • Split Squat → Lateral Squat → Rotational Squat (Stationary)
  • Reverse Lunges → Lateral Lunges → Rotational Squat
