Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and coat an oven safe pan with coconut oil.
  2. Place your salmon in the pan skin down and season to taste.
  3. Bake for 7-15 minutes until the meat flakes with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F
  4. Remove and serve or refrigerate.
