The Apollo Challenge consists of 28 consecutive days when you will prioritize sleep, eating and workouts. These three pillars form the foundation of your transformation.

  • Eat - Nutrition will play the biggest role in achieving changes in your body composition
  • Sleep - There is no shortcut for adequate sleep; 6-9 hours with 8 hours being optimal
  • Workout - Three days per week of focused training to optimize muscle and strength gains
