This powerful drink serves several important functions in setting you up for a high performance day. 1 → Caffeine provides an energy boost to jump start your day. 2 → The high quality fat calories and CLA in grass fed butter (or Ghee) will keep your food cravings at bay and prolong your intermittent fasting period. 3 → C8 MCT Oil (also known as caprylic acid) not only is another great source of energy from high quality fat calories, it will also spike the available ketones in your blood for your brain to utilize for fuel. The cognitive benefit is so significant it’s like Liquid IQ! This is your daily “breakfast” and should not be consumed with other foods as this will interrupt your intermittent fasting period. Start with a single shot for the first couple days and work your way up to a double shot once your body adapts to the added fats.

- Brew 8oz of organic coffee using filtered water.
- Pre-warm your blender and mug/thermos with hot tap water.
- Add 8oz of organic coffee with 1tbs grass fed butter (or ghee) and 1tbs C8 MCT oil to the pre-warmed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into your pre-warmed mug/thermos and enjoy.
