This guide is designed to feed the average male for one week with 2 meals per week from a restaurant.

  • 4 lbs Chicken Thighs or Breasts (Organic & Free Range)
  • 1 lb Salmon Filet (Wild Caught)
  • 1 lb Steak or Ground Beef (Grass Fed)
  • 2 Heads Organic Broccoli
  • 1 Head Organic Cauliflower
  • 3 Organic Zucchini
  • 3 Organic Summer Squash
  • 2 Bushels/Bags Organic Brussel Sprouts
  • 3 Mixed Organic Bell Peppers
  • 2 Organic Yellow Onions
  • 1 Head of Organic Garlic
  • 3 Almost Ripe Organic Avocados
  • 3 Bags Organic Lettuce Mix
  • 1 Bag Slaw Mix or Shredded Salad Vegetables
  • 8oz Butter or Ghee from Grass Fed Cows
  • 1 Bag of Organic Coffee (Whole Bean or Ground)
  • 1 Organic Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing (as needed)
  • 1 Bag of Raw Sliced Almonds or Walnuts
  • 32oz Organic Bone Broth (as desired)

Hard boiled eggs, raw organic veggies (zucchini, celery, bell peppers, broccoli, etc), organic salsa, guacamole, avocado mayo and raw nuts are good snack choices in moderation.
