Dumbbell Deadlift

The Dumbbell Deadlift is a fundamental lower body exercise that targets your glutes and quads while indirectly strengthening your core.

  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width with the dumbbell directly underneath your hips.
  2. Secure the top sides of the dumbbell with your hands.
  3. Lift the Dumbbell from the floor .
  4. Lower to a depth that you’re able to control without rounding your back at the bottom.
  5. Drive your feet through the floor ascending to the peak.
